Is there mobility training in your area? What specifically about the bus is your issue? Seeing if it's the right bus number, fear of getting lost on the other end or knowing where to get off?

You know that in most cases, you can just talk to the bus driver, right? A lot of the times they will help you out and let you know where you are, or what stop to get off at. They don’t bite. And if you are standing next to a bus stop, the bus will stop to pick you up. That’s what they are there for. I have learned that anxiety and blindness don’t really mix well, so you have to sort of step out of your element and do things. You don’t learn without doing.
