Yes! I just learned about $1, a group that adds audio description to YouTube videos. They are a volunteer-based organization but will train you on how to do audio description.

Dr. Joel Snyder's Audio Description Institute sessions are really great. I did one a few years ago. Here's the link to the 2021 one that was held this past summer. I think they're held a couple times a year. https://acb.org/2021-AD-Institute
