Does anyone know of any good clients that I could use for Reddit? (self.Blind)

Use BaconReader if you are on an iOS device. They've put a good amount of work into their accessibility and is one of the best clients out there.

Er ... that's not really an either or question, is it? If you want to use Reddit on your mobile, you can't use the Windows client. So ...
Dystopia has better user management stuff; you can see user's comments and posts, do messages etc.
Redditforblind is a nifty and fast interface on Windows, so obviously if you want to do more posting and replying you've usually got better access to a larger keyboard and a more responsive screen reader.

Well, I mostly use reddit for blind for getting through subreddits and replying to comments and dystopia for private messages

You can't, that's why you this app is good for replying to comments and reading but not checking replies. I hope it gets addded in the future.
