web / mobile app ideas for blind or for disabled in general (self.Blind)

Hello all,
I'm a software developer with many years of real world experience building web applications and mobile applications. I'm blind for many years and use a screen reader to work.

I always had some idea to develop a software system which could be useful for the blind or disabled community at large. I'm seeking suggestions from members of this group as what would they like to be developed and which they would use. I'm not asking for ideas like object identifying glasses, special canes or futuristic things nor I'm asking for a new accessible game idea.

Ideas which can be implemented reasonably well and could be helpful or useful to many are welcome

\* For disabled job seekers, what problem you have which can be solved by inteligent use of technology?

I just wish there was a good word scanner app, so my blind bestie could hold her iPhone up to something (her mail, a box, a sign, a book) and it would read to her. She misses reading most of all ❤

Definitely dating. I'm gay, so for example, an accessible website that integrates with the PlanetRomeo or GrindrAPI (if there is one), let me put in my own location (optionally lat / long as well), and show the profiles in a nice little table. Include username, about me line, age, et al. Maybe there's an API out there you can integrate with that allows for free facial recognition scanning and gives a basic idea of what they look like (color of hair, approx age, short or long hair, round or long face, thing or chubby face, et al).

Then obviously, allow messaging in it all. That would be awesome.
