Does reddit mobile have a high contrast setting? (self.Blind)
submitted by zzaacckk8
I'm using Android. If so where can I find this setting?

Thanks

There is a dark theme in the reddit mobile app settings. I use the regular night theme always. There isn't a specific high contrast theme, though.

Okay. When you open reddit, there should be in the top left hand corner your own icon avatar thing... My brain is absolutely forgetting what it is. It's what will pop out with all of your personal settings links. It should read once you tap on it and it pops out along the left side, top to bottom.

Tap on settings. That. Will open up to your personalized settings page.

In there will be different settings.

Mine is set to auto dark mode, tap to the right, and select the option you want. The options are

Sunrise/sunset

Mine is set to follow OS settings as my mobile devices use a dark theme as well.

For the option dark theme it has these options

Night

Midnight (AMOLED)

Mine is set to Night which gives me a black screen with white text and links, like to another post or off-site in (admittedly hard for me to read) royal blue. I wish the link color was a paler or lighter blue and I also wish there was a text size adjuster but overall it's a fine dark mode
