Something like a Tile or Airtags might work? You can use your phone to find whatever the Tile is attached to (the Tile will make a (fairly loud) noise, but you can also push a button on the Tile to find your phone. It’s not exactly what you’re looking for, but might be a way to do what you want.

I don’t believe so. The closest I can think of might be a smart watch. The Apple Watch and I believe the Samsung galaxy watches have the ability to ping your phone making it easier to find. I have a HomePod and will often ask “hey Siri, where is my phone?” And it’ll start making sound. Hope this helps.

The only thing is, you'll have to atache it to your phone in some way, that can make your phone a bit bulkier.

You might also consider turning on Hey Siri, if you can, so you can say hey siri and hear the tone, that might help.

My sight is fine, and I still use my Apple Watch all the time to ping my phone.

I like having an Echo Dot because I can tell it to dial my phone.

If you have something like the Tile or the new Apple tag system, it works both ways. I can find my keys by using the Tile app on my phone. I can find my phone by pressing the "Page" button on the tile attached to my keys or wallet.
