8 months post hypoxic brain injury scared need advice 29 NY. (self.Blind)

I woke up from a 3 month coma, 6 months and I am scared bc doctors said I could expect changes in the first year and that time is almost up. I've heard about certain stimulants, sintonic light therapy and oxygen therapy helping. Can anyone share their experience or advice?
