Just went from mild to severe macular degeneration. Pretty much hosed.

I remember in the past most blind organizations have high overhead and huge salaries for admin CEOs.

Any more reliable than others? USA upstate NY?

I "look ed at" your FAQs didn't see anything for NYS.

Unfortunately I'm not familiar with new york state, so I can't really make a specific recommendation beyond that. You might want to ask your local NFB chapter https://nfbny.org/ for more info on how things work locally.

I live near buffalo and am also looking. I started with VIA but they are slow due to covid I guess. I'm outside the city now but am in buff few times a week
