Playful jab.

It took me months to figure out why my phone screen reader would stop working every time I got my face close to it.
There's a STUPID feature that has it stop reading within close proximity!!
It was automatically turned on!! I'm so irritated, but it's also a little funny! Lol
Just so weird, that this whole time, I thought my phone was just broken!

Oh no! That is a totally blind thing to do. I have been blind all my life, and I think I’ve had that same problem with the iPhone before. And you feel so ridiculous when you realize what is actually going on. I’m glad you figured it out though. Are you on the newest version of talkback?

That setting has been there for a long time and it is still there, it's on by default. I personally leave it on on my phone just cuz I'm aware of it and I do like the ability to interrupt it without having to tap on anything, especially as it starts trying to read email notifications and will ramble on forever if you let it but it definitely should be a little more obvious that that is a setting, it should not be buried halfway down the talkback setting screen.
