Bilateral Disc Pallor (self.Blind)

Hey all,
Scared of what's to come, but so far my Opthalmologist has said I have bilateral disc pallor. My eyes feel constantly tired (over the past few months I literally look like I have black eyes).
No causes have been found but I think it might be related to blood pressure(?). Whenever I have alcohol I notice my heart rate will increase and my eyes seem to be worse the next day.
Has anyone else had eye issues related to heart palpitations or the like?
