I do not speak Punjabi, but from Googling, Punjabi Braille is based on Bhagarati Braille, using many of the same letters/characters. Wikipedia has a page about it, and the images of Braille letters should have parenthetical dot numbers in them, (Dots 1 2 and 3), for example. Your best bet would be to reach out to organizations in India, maybe to their many schools for the blind, or to the Braille Authority Of North America, (if you’re in the US), which may have more resources on the subject.
