It’s not the “mainstream” DC line, but audible’s Sandman adaptation is really good and they’re about to release part 2.
Audible also has a series of DC audiobooks, but I haven’t read them myself:

I was wondering this too. GraphicAudio lacks a lot of them here in Australia, if there were a screen reader that could read speech bubbles etc I would DEFINITELY use it, especially since a lot of early Marvel/DC aren't done by GA/Comicstorian since they lack an overarching storyline.

I am not sure how you feel about Podcasts. I am totally blind and I love them! Here is a link to the X-Men podcast. It is a fan made podcast that has some audio sound effects that sound pretty good.

And later on this year Spotify will be having a new Batman unburied podcast.

As far as reading actual physical comic books I have tried to use apps like Seeing AI, or Supersense. With minimal success.
Marvel also has a few good scripted podcasts. This one is for marvels old man Star Lord podcast.

And this one is for marvels wolverine. FYI this one is not very kid friendly!

I hope some of this helps you.

I didn’t even know YouTube comic book readings were a thing, that’s awesome.
