How do you get math Exercises out of a PDF? (self.Blind)
submitted by [deleted]
I'm currently taking pre calculus and the homework is all in the book. Thing is, screen readers aren't good at reading math on a pdf. What options do I have?

You're legally entitled to receive your textbooks in accessible formats. Please speak to your TVI. In the meantime, there's probably not much you can do.

I don't live in the US, and no equivalents exist in my country.

Until you can get it updated format, maybe see if one of your classmates can write it down for you in regular text? You could also probably use bemyeyes app or post on r/assistance for help from someone

Try see if there's latex source for the PDFs
That's all plain text so pretty accessible
