Horizontal video in a vertical strip, inside a horizontal video. Super quiet audio.

One of the most inaccessible posts I've seen on this sub.

What are you talking about please

Read the words I wrote, it's pretty clear.

The video is horizontal. That video has been placed within a vertical video - most likely from a phone, which in turn has been placed inside another video at horizontal aspect, resulting in a tiny video in the middle of the screen.

The audio is also super quiet making it hard to hear.

The video is tough to view for those with some remaining vision, and hard to hear for those that rely on hearing.

Inaccessible.

Why are you asking when you could just listen to the video? He explains his process pretty clearly.

* Olive oil on a griddle, season thin-cut t-bone steaks, cook 3-4 minutes per side. I use Ove-gloves to flip my steaks, sounds like he has some trouble with tongs.

* Cook eggs while the steak rests. He uses 5 small eggs, 2 Tbsp of water, and seasoning, 1 Tbsp of butter in a medium pan, sautees some bell pepper and green onion for 3 minutes, then pours in his eggs.

* Eggs are steamed for about 4 minutes before he takes the lid off and fluffs them with a fork. He puts the lid back on for a minute more or so and fluffs them again when they are done.

Personally, I wouldn't cook the steak that long since I prefer medium rare, and I'd be doing the steak and eggs at the same time if possible. Also, I wouldn't season the eggs until after they are cooked, since seasoning dries them out while cooking. And hearing the fork scraping against the pan made me cringe! Don't scratch up non-stick cookware if that's what it was!
