American Institute of Alternative Medicine has a massage therapy program, but I only know about it from their website.

A coworker of mine (who is totally blind) got trained as a massage therapist in Poland, but I don't know the name of the program.

After a cursory search it seems there are programs but its still developing..
In china any person with limited vision automatically has a path to massage therapy as a profession..
