Need help about programs and applications (self.Blind)

My favourite teacher's eyesight is getting rapidly worse and worse.
To help his every day life I'm trying to find programs for pc (win. 10) and Android mobile device. If the program understands multiple languages (Hungarian) it would be awesome.

Look up Narrator and NVDA for Windows and TalkBack for Android. I assume you mean screen readers - programs that read what's on the screen and help you use a device without sight.
