How does everyone feel about the ability to add image descriptions that carry across apple devices to images within the photos app in iOS 15?

I don’t know if it’s technically considered alt text because it appears to just be the same element labeling ability that already existed, except now it carries across apple devices so it sorta functions like alt text. It doesn’t preserve descriptions when an image is sent to an android device as of now sadly.

Personally, I will use this feature a lot by adding alt text to all my photos to better manage my photo library and I could see it becoming useful in sharing memes with friends once the initial work is done of adding descriptions to the images. What are everyone else’s thoughts?
