I see that a lot during my job (although nothing quite so bad as that intersection). And when there are comorbidity issues (someone using a walker, or travels slightly slower than average), it's exceptionally hard to cross the streets in the time alloted.

yah it's like they put on the impression that they're fulfilling the requirements to be accessible, with the talking intersection and such, but it's in reality impossible to cross if you're blind, and extremely hazardous for a blind person to attempt it
