thinking of abandoning firefox (self.Blind)
submitted by Laser_Lens_4
Lately, the browser has been giving me nothing but problems with NVDA: hiccups, freezes, crashes, and now it straight up doesn't display some pages properly. Canvas only has a username field, and it flips out when I hit the enter key to login. It's always been prone to crashing, but lately it seems to be getting more and more severe. Anybody else have these problems with Firefox? I'm considering abandoning it for Edge or Chrome because I'm so fed up. Any browser in particular that works best with NVDA? Preferably one that lets me block ads.

Brave Browser:
Chrome Web Store Addons/Extensions compatibility.
Built in Adblocker, scriptblocker and tracker blocker.
works amazing with NVDA.
Friendly with system resources.
If you want to give it a shot here is the link:

Edit, I forgot to mention you have built in thor mode in case you want to browse anonymous.

I use this on a daily basis. It does work really well with NVDA.

I have been using Firefox for years, and everything is working fine. I don't use Canvas, so I can't help there.

I have used Edge at work a couple of times and I was surprised at how fast it was.

I regularly use Chrome now for school. Canvas works pretty well on it, and it doesn't crash for me. Also, Chrome is generally pretty easy to learn and use.
