Three finger swipe up or down to scroll

You can do coarse page scrolling by flicking with 3 fingers in the desired direction. Don't think fine scrolling is possible without disabling VoiceOver though. There's also a shortcut to quickly scroll back to top which is by tapping the status bar once and then double tapping anywhere on the screen.
