Video editing in google photos (self.Blind)

I have a pixel 4 that I am trying to use more for my video editing. I’m not super proficient with talkback, so I am struggling when editing videos.
The sliders for trimming do not tell me what times they are set to on the video. I find that I have to double tap on the slider and slide my finger and then play the video to see where the slider ended up.
I’m also unable to actually tap on the sliders on the screen. I have to just swipe until I find them.Is there any work around or something that I am missing with this? It’s very frustrating and time-consuming to not know what points I’ve trimmed my video to. I’m hoping it’s just user error
