Vision Impaired Adult Colouring (self.Blind)
submitted by letspaintthesky
I use kids colouring books (crayola. Always crayola) because they're not very detailed, but I think I'd like some grown up ones too.

Can any VI adult colourers let me in on where you get your materials and what colouring books you like, please?

Thanks!

There's an Adult Coloring Book app that I love. I paid for extra colors and harder, even famou,s paintings.

What coloring app are you using? I use one called paint by number, and it is amazing!

I believe that maxi aids has some coloring books with raised lines so you can keep inside of them

Ooh! I'm going to check that out as well. I bought some of those once from my local VI society but I went back for more and they no longer had them-thanks for the reminder :)

Okay I have some good advice any coloring books can be for adults I would personally suggest maybe being so concerned about if it's for adults and just get it and head be done with it also don't always hopeful Crayola Crayola isn't always the best I thought a smooch coloring book, a Mr Peabody & Sherman coloring book, eh Precious Moments coloring book and the Mickey Mouse coloring book though I personally prefer my Smurfs Your Precious Moments coloring book and I normally use markers I need to get back in to do and crayons

You're so right. Any colouring book is an adult colouring book if an adult uses it :D

Edit: whilst I'm here, what crayons do you like?

there are some mandala coloring books that have larger patterns, I'd check your local bookshops for those
