Audio descriptions of the displayed art that users can listen to while touring. Guided narrated tours also an option. Possible hands on tactile exhibits.

This. America is seriously lacking in this. England had fabulous accommodations for blind people in their museums and tourist sites. Light years above the US. They have audio description devices, personal tours (for free), tactile tours (you can even touch actual priceless statues and art), one museum even brought us to the front of the line instead of waiting for hours (we never expect this but it was nice, not gonna lie), back passage ways that are easier to traverse than a ton of stairs, tactile images of some of the artwork, I could go on! Any of that is priceless and really makes a big difference in our experiences.

Have you ever been to the Louvre in Paris? There they have a room specifically for the blind and disabled where they have miniatures of their most famous sculptures, so I could get a better sense of scale, they had marble ones and stone ones and the room was fascinating.

There are the classic techniques of having everything be more interactive with audio tours or their equivalent next to each piece.

You could make textured paintings that are similar to the originals, with an audio and large print caption next to them.
