Survey - NSFW ASMR for degree project (self.Blind)

Hi guys!
I'm a journalism masters student creating a podcast about NSFW ASMR for my final major project. When interviewing the creators, they mentioned they have many blind listeners, and I'd really appreciate your input into why this genre is becoming popular. If that's something you watch, I have an anonymous survey asking a few questions about what you watch and why.

I'm pro safe sex work and the podcast is a human interest piece about a new genre of porn. This podcast is primarily for my course but I am going to pitch it to places like Dazed or Vice after I've finished it too.

I'm not a huge fan of ASMR so am not the audience for you but I'd assume it's cause of the sounds, It turns people on :)

I think you’re oversimplifying it/don’t quite get it It’s a euphoric feeling, not a horney feeling. There’s a difference. Not saying some don’t get sexually turned on from that, but it’s not the core feeling in my experience and opinion. I know lots of people who use it to calm down when experiencing sensory overload. One of my friends says it’s a sort of recalibrating effect.
