Ambutech canes come in many colors—including gold. More people use Ambutech canes than any other manufacturer, so they're very highly regarded.

I’ll take a look, thanks for the suggestion!

The graphite telescoping canes come in various colors.

Spotted it! But, have yet to locate a photo of the gold (or the green, so many options!), so I emailed them for finished examples. Also keeping fingers crossed for a gold rolling ball tip. Thank you so much for pointing me in their direction!

Anything that is painted on the roller ball tip is going to wear out and rub off quickly.

I like the colors, but honestly it's tough enough to get people to understand what the red tipped white cane means... that I fear that adding a color to it would hamper that.

I shit you not, I will be crossing a driveway and the drivers of cars will wait and frantically try and wave to me to get me to cross. I have reasonable peripheral vision so when I tilt my head I can see it.

"I can hear you waving motherfucker!"

My dad has a cane but never much used it, he’s always somehow had a pretty girl to guide him (and run him into shit on occasion). My uncle though, has a pretty unique one, I’ll see where he got it, the specs, etc to and dm you once I’ve got the info!

That would be fab, thank you!

Back in ancient cell phone times, some Asian shops sold little disco ball antennae to attach to clam phones. I wish I had something like it.

Does your cane have a roller attachment? Or a double roller? Marshmallow, I think it's called.

Ahhh I had a (full size) pink disco ball back in the day, happy times. How fun would one be on a cane! Or, perhaps, a glass ball would be a restrained option more suited to my age. Failing taste, a seasonal and ironic choice could be a bloodshot eye. Endless possibilities!

Back on earth, I currently have a marshmallow tip on a foldable cane, but have been promised another one with a roller ball tip soon.
