Hello Ronaldo,
We are going to start offering all our clients audit for ada compliance but with two tiers, automative and manual testing, we will need someone go over page/pages and generate feedback/report that page was accessible or not. This is new type of service we are going to offer and we will start as independent contractor and if this grows we will convert them into full time employee if they want to. Here is what I reply to the mod. We will be paying per web page tested.

Hello! I have a family member who may be interested in this. They are already familiar with contract work and have done it in other capacities. They are legally blind, low vision and use zoomtext/magnifiers.
