I've just started learning braille and haven't gotten the hang of 'read with your fingers not your whole body' and catch myself swaying.
I'll have to be careful and not read anything with a lot of action in it. I might end up on the floor.

I can’t move my eyes so when I read my head is going side-to-side as I go down the page, I used to read really fast which have given at least two people motion sickness from looking at me

same - sometimes if I read too fast it gives *me* motion sickness.
