She is essentially 100% blind. Should have added that in the post. It was recent though so she doesn’t and probably can’t learn brail (she’s like 70).

There is one for amazon alexa, and im pretty sure you can interact with it on iphone. Its just called “choose your own adventure” i think its a skill for alexa

Amazon Alexa has many skills that could be used for this sort of entertainment. There are "Choose Your Own Adventure" skills by Audible (and others), for example.

Are word games any good?
My daughter is a ig fan of $1 And we do lots of quizzes and things with Alexa.

Land of Livia is very good

For choose your own adventure books, I'd recommend Choice of Games. They have more than 100 of these types of games that are completely blind accessible and also have things like statistics that your character will develop that will customize the narrative. They do cost money though, but are generally written by people with credentials and have a standard of quality. Other blind people swear by Timecrest for this kind of thing as well, though I have never played it.

I'm not sure if you're aware, but there are also other types of games that are blind accessible! This genre of games is generally called audio games and differing titles are available for most platforms. As somebody suggested below A Blind Legend is one that is available for iOS, Android and PC.

Not sure if it’s what you’re looking for but on IOS check out the game called A Blind Legend. It’s an immersive interactive game for blind/VI players that has a great concept IMO.
