Ups I replied in the cross post should have replied here lol.

I guess a color filter would work. You essentially buy a normal flashlight and get yellow light by putting the filter on.

Thats the first yellow filter that I could find. They seem to be less common than green, red and blue unfortunately

Do you need straight yellow, or warm white?

The $1 is available on amazon, and comes in warm white, 2700k color temperature. This light use an emitter with a high color rendering index, which means it displays colors accurately, rather than washing them out. With a 2700k color temperature, it's roughly the same color temperature as an incandescent light.

If you want straight yellow, lights that use the Osram CSLNM1.FY LED put out an amber/yellow light. It is very much just yellow light, so it will make everything look yellow. It may be available from $1, if you email them and ask. The only company I know of offering lights currently with this emitter is Convoy. The Convoy S2+ is available with this emitter. It takes 18650 lithium ion rechargeable batteries. If you are willing to get a charger, you can use basically any 18650 in them, otherwise you can get batteries with a built in charging port $1.

I'll link to the Convoy light in a reply, since I think reddit spam filtering blocks direct aliexpress links.

Expect about 3 weeks shipping from Convoy.

EDIT: yeah, it's blocked. Here's the link, just add the "h" and the third "w".

My first thought would be to get some of the yellow lighting gels (Here is a pack on Amazon for $13):
https://www.amazon.com/Pangda-Colored-Overlays-Correction-Transparent/dp/B07YXZ52TG/

and buy whatever flashlight(s) you want (handle, power, etc). and then combine the two - cut a disc from the lighting gel and tape it over the lens of the flashlight with clear tape. If you want it more yellow, repeat the process. If you want another color of light, other gels are sold on Amazon (e.g. using a red light at night helps your night vision).

this at amazon Weltool M7-AM Amber Light Even-Beam Flashlight and a couple of others. also Battery junction has 3 different amber filters for flashlights. lowbluelight.com has a inexpensive one that uses a 9v battery.

I think they do delivery as well!
