Sorry, like Epson Scan.
My father has had the same Epson printer for the last 12 years! As ridiculous as this sounds, that thing was nigh indestructible and went through countless cartridges. He needs a new one not because this one stopped working, but because it's physically falling apart!
He loves to keep scanned copies of his bills, prescriptions etc. He could do so easily using a tool called EPSON Scan since it was simple and worked with a handful of keyboard shortcuts.
I'm supposed to help him find a replacement but don't know whether contemporary printers have equally easy to use software. Yes, he could physically press the scan button, but he prefers to do everything from the PC.
So. which contemporary printer scanners with blind-friendly software do you guys recommend? His needs are modest, so it should be one for home use.
