Question for those who lost vision later On in life. Do you dream in full vision? If you've never had vision, are dreams just auditory?(self.Blind)

My wife didn't start losing her vision until she turned 30. When she dreams, people she knew before vision loss appear normal but people she's met afterward just appear as blurry forms as she perceives them now. What's your experience?

Hmm I have gradually lost vision over my life. Although the majority in my teenage years. I still have some vision. And I would say my dreams are always about what my visual acuity is at any given time. I know I have had dreams I was driving in an emergency and thinking in my dream how bad it was because I knew I couldn’t see well enough to drive. But, since my reality has always been limited vision I think I have always dreamt with limited vision. Although I can’t say I have never dreamed I had full vision. I’m just not sure hahaha sorry. Hope it helps anyways.

I was thinking about this last night. I wonder if the actual eye balls have anything to do with it? What if someone later in life lost both eyes due to cancer or something, I wonder if they can dream visually or even picture images in their mind? When I picture an image in my mind I'm def looking at it with my eyes, it's weird.
Then you think about the difference between, lets say the pupil malfunctioning vs the entire eyeball/retina being removed.

I lost most of my sight due to a stroke. At first it was dreams as normal with full vision. As time has passed (7 years) my vision in dreams does seem to be decreasing to be closer to what I have now.
