He went blind at the age of 4, in the middle ages. Yet he is a famous poet. How did he manage to write on paper? No typewriters were invented then. I find it super fascinating and impressive! Does anyone know?

Probably, he dictated, and someone else wrote it down.

Oh right, thanks. Not sure why I didn't think of that!

there's a famous 20th century writer who went blind and then continued his works by dictating to someone.

When you stop thinking how sighted people do it, you become free to figure out how YOU can do it! Google John Bramblitt world renowned Blind visual artist. Dan Parker Blind world record land speed racer. George Wurtzel renowned Furniture designer and maker and artist, you may know him as “The Subaru guy”. He was the actor that played the blind navigator in the Subaru car commercial. Hellen Keller who was deaf/blind could write in block letters. Dream big-live bigger!

Probably the same way that John Milton did it after he lost his sight: dictation. There is more than just one famous blind poet.
