I'd love a truly accessible version of Magic, that's all I'll say. As for this particular mod, it's amazing, and definitely makes Hearthstone into a game of the year contender for me.

Great video! This is awesome.

Knowing Magic, I bet they want to implement accessibility but realize that they would need to spend a lot of time on it. Their development team is kind of infamous for being very buggy and being overworked, rushing to get the next set of cards or the next feature out. That isn't an excuse--it's an absolute mess--but honestly having this GuideDev do it 3rd party is probably a better, quicker option. I wish they'd just like, pay him to do it.

I looked into their main clients accessibility a few years back and it could actually be done relatively easily ...they just ...aren't. I emailed them and they'd look into it but I never heard back after that.

Sorry to hear that :( I just don't really trust them to do it at all, much less well. Their parent company Hasbro wants to like, double profit from Magic every year for X years or something. So their intiatives are all very short-sighted, where I think accessibility needs the company to care about long-term
