First of all, the title isn't descriptive and thus it's against reddiquette.

Secondly, it seems you failed to read $1

Thirdly, you said you are especially targeting people with hearing impairments. May I remind you this is /r/blind, not /r/deaf. Considering your lack of effort, I doubt the /r/deaf would like your survey either.

Furthermore, even if you were targeting people with visual impairments, you should still first contact your local advocacy groups. This is a support group, not a consultancy.

And lastly the pictures on the survey do not have alt texts, making the survey inaccessible.
