AT Guys is a vender for the Blind Shell 2. It is a phone with tactile buttons, all menus and opptions are read by it's screen reader, it has functions for dictation and verbal commands. This phone could serve as a basic phone, but it also offers access to some important applications, such as BeMyEyes and Whatsapp.

TBH at this point Voiceover is so good that I wouldn't use this even if you paid me let alone paying $489 for it.

Maybe for someone with additional difficulties who might struggle to navigate a smart phone….? Sorry, but this is definitely not for me. The same technology exists on a normal smart phone.

This is it. There are plenty of older people and people with multiple disabilities for whom technology has passed them by and they can't get the hang of smartphones and want physical buttons and a constrained experience.
