I've been an ice hockey fan since the San Jose Sharks franchise started up in my hometown in 1991. I love going to games, am a member of the all-blind fantasy hockey league on Yahoo, and would love to learn how to skate and play blind hockey some day. Losing my vision in 2014 didn't stop me from being a fan, as SAP Center has a live radio feed where I can listen to the action with no delay and as fast as our radio announcer can call it. My wife and I are season ticket holders and attend every game and watch all the away games on TV. I love the energy and atmosphere of the rink, the speed of the game and the constant action. I get really bored at baseball, football, and basketball games, so I just stick to hockey :)

As a participant, waterskiing, endurance swimming, and hiking.
As a spectator, American football and basketball. I don't watch the games but I do watch the highlight reels of my favorite teams and players in slow motion on YouTube.

Not a huge sport fan, but I quite enjoy watching Rugby when England or the All Blacks are playing.
Used to be a regular Formula One watcher but stopped when Michael Schumacher was dominating as it got a bit predictable but I've recently started watching again.

I'm surprisingly good at basketball for a blind person (or used to be when I was younger anyway - haven't played in years), but I'm from Kentucky, so that tracks...
As for watching sports, I don't really seek out games to watch, but I can enjoy several if I happen to find one on or I'm with other people who want to watch them. Baseball's probably my favorite, followed by football (American). I don't care for basketball at the professional level, but enjoy watching college ball.

I love running, hiking, Olympic style wrestling, bootcamp style exercise, OCR, and endurance events like GORUCK, swimming, and kayaking.

I enjoy weight training, taking long walks, and swimming. I do enjoy listening to basketball games. I really enjoy the WNBA. Those women are just as, or more competitive than the men! A few years ago I got into enjoying the sport of hockey! I was never a fan until I went blind. I enjoy listening to the hockey games on the NHL app. I also enjoy American football. And I participate in fantasy football leagues for basketball, hockey, and football.

I’m a paralympic climber. It’s by far the most fun I’ve ever had with a sport. Starting isn’t easy, and I’m definitely lucky to have so much great support. Last september I placed third on my first big national competition, which felt incredible!

I love the NFL. I am a giant Patriot fan.
I prefer listening to the game on the radio rather than on the T.V because the announcers are more
descriptive.
