Pretty incredible stuff.
I'm more worried about getting my hearing restored though, honestly. This blindness shit I've been dealing with my whole life. I just wanna hear normal again. I feel like that will become a reality first.

The UEA is pretty amazing. I found an article from 2018 where the led scientist was bemoaning the state of implanted prosthesis so in 3 years it’s a major jump!

It's amazing to think the leaps they will make it 10-15 years.
It won't help me since my visual cortex is mostly dead tissue but I could see this being wonderful for people who could benefit from it.
