It's both a cane and a stick. To each there own. A poker is what I call it. I poke the world in front of me so I dont get hurt.

At the airport, a TSA guy called it my “blind stick” as he snatched it out of my hand.

When talking to strangers or professionals it is my white cane. If I’m talking to friends and family it’s either my whacking stick, or magic wand lol

Do you realize a cane is a type of stick. Canes have handles. Does yours?

I call it my stick when my brain farts and I can’t remember the word Cane lol either is fine so long as you know it’s actual name. That being said why is it called a cane if it doesn’t work the same way as a support cane because most people think of a support cane when they hear the word?

Can has a curve on top which is why it's called a cane. I get what you mean though... I don't get why people are to stupid to know that it's a cane and not a stick.
