Kiosk Check-in Experience and Challenges of Visuall Impaired Travellers - Survey (self.Blind)
submitted by Big-Adhesiveness-304
Hello everyone, I'm a UX researcher with Sabre, a company that provides software for different branches of the travel industry. We're now working on our software for kiosk devices at airports that let travelers carry out a self-service check-in or a baggage drop.
One of our priorities related to the kiosk software is to make it accessible for visually impaired people. That's why I've prepared a survey that I'd like to encourage you to fill out so that we understand better your needs and the challenges that you face at airports. If you're interested in taking part in the verification of the designs of the kiosk application (usability studies), you'll be also able to let me know it via the survey so that I can contact you and set up a meeting.
It would be extremely helpful for us if you could share with us your experience related to self-service kiosks at airports, as it would help us make this product tailored to your needs.
You can fill out the survey here: $1

If you'd like to verify me (to make sure that it is not a hoax): $1

Thank you!
