Hello everyone, I'm a UX researcher with Sabre, a company that provides software for different branches of the travel industry. We're now working on our software for kiosk devices at airports that let travelers carry out a self-service check-in or a baggage drop.
One of our priorities related to the kiosk software is to make it accessible for visually impaired people. That's why I've prepared a survey that I'd like to encourage you to fill out so that we understand better your needs and the challenges that you face at airports.
