I paid 4000 dollars for this product, and it turns out that it won't work reliably in all lighting conditions, the battery barely lasts 2 hours, and the company has no refund policy. Apparently they don't allow returns if you open the box, despite the fact the reseller in my country opened it and took some things out before giving it to me.

In conclusion, think hard before buying this product. Make sure to test it out before making a decision.

I was luckey as a bunch of people went together and bought me one for Christmas a couple years ago. I get mjuch better battery life than two hours. I have had others complain about their support, but so far have had good luck. I don't use facial recognition nor object recognition, but use it to read text, mail and so forth. I also have used it to read my computer monitor when it stalls, for example, before speech comes up. Sorry yours isn't working for you.
