The Audible iOS app is accessible. I assume the Android app is also accessible.

Many blind people prefer iOS to Android.

Many blind people use Audible, but in just about all developed countries, there are libraries with free audio books for blind people. Where do you live?

North America yeah our library has some but shes thinking maybe more to choose from and less waiting on titles?

Have you investigated https://loc.gov/nls? This library has thousands. She'll never run out of books.
