NLS books, grade 1 braille (self.Blind)

Does anyone know if the nls has kid books in grade 1 Braille, and if so how do I search for them? I can’t tell on the NLS website if books are in grade 1, 2, or ueb. I’m a new learner, so basically looking for the simplest books I can find in grade 1 for practice, even if they are baby books. I received some in the mail recently that I thought would be grade 1, but they are grade 2…lol oops! Can anyone familiar with this book by mail system comment?

It's important to know that UEB also has contracted and uncontracted braille.
From memory, NLS has a few books in Grade 1. You should call your local lending library for assistance.
If you can't find them, try Seedlings, who have affordable braille books for kids.
