That’s not a thing that’s ever happened.
I should say, we don’t have an eyes equivalent for cochlear implants. Maybe we will one day, but not currently.

There are a bunch of different conditions that cause blindness, effecting different parts of the eye. Some can be fixed to some degree, like cataracts, others cannot.
