Android tablet: is there a way to get body text, comments and DMs read audibly? (self.Blind)

I get post titles okay,I really struggle with mountains of text in the body of post, comments, and direct messages. It is making me so I cannot really communicate the best or understand the entire context of what people are telling me?

I have an android and have both select to speak and talk back set up. I have a little man in the bottom right of my phone and when I touch him those 2 options come up.
They are in the accessibility settings I believe in android.

You might want to look into talkback.
If you go to settings then accessibility and look there; you'll find it, you'll have to learn how to use your phone a bit diffirently though, or perhaps there's a speak screen feature like on the IPhone, I don't know.
