Hello Friends,

I wanted to know if you guys would be interested in starting a Discord Community for the Blind / Visually Impaired and our Sighted friends?

I know that sometimes it is hard to get out of the house to hangout and things like that do to lack of O&M training or other Visual Rehabilitation resources during the current health crisis but this could be aplace holder of sorts until those services are again available to us.

This Community could be a place where we:

* Support and teach our newly Blind / Visually Impaired friends
* Educate and Inform our Sighted Friends
* Teach those who are curious about our Blindness or Visual Impairment
* Talk to and listen to our friends when they are feeling down and helping them get through it
* Most importantly to build each other up and spread kindness and knowledge to others while sharing our stories and experiences

I know there have been other people who have tried this and I don’t know how far they got but I know if we stuck with this idea and put it into play we would make that community possible!
