I’d love something like this too. Haven’t been able to find one.

I purchased the EZ2SEE Weekly planner. www.ez2seeproducts.com I really like it. Quite bold print.

What some of my clients do is get a large notebook (sometimes from a dollar store, sometimes one that has much nicer paper), a ruler, and a felt tip marker and make their own. That way, they can control the size of the font, and how it is organized. It is more work than buying one, but it allows for a lot more customization.
One drawback is that cheaper paper can sometimes bleed through with felt tip markers.

Kinda sad that all the Braille ones are sooooo boring, but then they're also huge to carry around, or useless because they're too small.
Afraid I've gone totally digital: my phone, computer, tablet or smart speaker to add things in, and all the same for output plus a calendar-based screen saver on our media centre plus a raspberry pi-powered 8 inch wall calendar with a sensor that switches to photo slideshows if people aren't too close.
