My dad who has gone completely blind as of six years ago says he does, of people he knows or had known in his life or people he had never known before.

I am totally blind, had been since birth. Yes I dream. I use my other four senses in my dreams, and in my dream contrary to real life I always know where I am and never get lost. (This is not to say that I don't have nightmares about other things however)

I have had dreams about magical lands like Camelot style with dragons and wizards.

I have had dreams about being in outer space with aliens and star ships.

I have had dreams of memories like being in the various schools I attended.

I have had dreams of what I want my future to be. a girlfriend a wife a new home a family etc.

Of course blind people dream. The dreams may include sounds and touch instead of sight, and they’ll remember their dreams about as well anyone else (some people remember more of their dreams than others). I’m pretty sure it’s really really bad mentally to not dream at all.

I have some sight, so I dream with about as much vision as I have while awake.
