they're flairs set on you on an individual sub. :) not sure how to set on the web, on Dystopia it's in more options at the tob of the screen.

Hi! It's called a 'flair' and can be set-up based on the subreddit you're visiting. I'm not confident in using a screen reader to navigate, so I'm not sure how to best provide instructions on how to update. You can access your flair (headline/signature) in the Community Options of each subreddit.

I don't believe that you can set one up on your entire account that would appear on all subreddits.
