I’m not sure this will be helpful to you because I’ve never had Covid. But whenever I get sick with the flu or a cold my vision gets more blurry and if I have a fever in particular I noticed my eyes get sore. I have an eye cooling pack that helps when my eyes are dry and sore. If you search eye cooling packs on Amazon you can find a few there. They look like sleep shades with ice pack gel in them.
