Helping on finding a cellphone for a blind elderly (self.Blind)

Hello everybody, sorry for English mistakes, it's not my main language, so I've meet a blind elderly woman who have just brought her first cellphone, It's a old flip phone from Nokia which works well for calls but nothing more.
So I've tried myself find resource about cellphones with great accessibility but failed to find anything rather than iPhones accessibility reviews, couldn't find not even a shop that can assist me.
Since all that, I remembered about reddit, so what I'm looking for is recommendation for a cellphone with a easy learning curve, since she is not familiar with any technology at all. On top of that, she doesn't have a lot of money and we live in Brazil, so the budget would be on $100 - $250.

Hi, an iPhone 6 and above will work just fine. Perhaps even a used phone could be a great opption.

Yeah, it's on the price range, I'm just arfraid the system is too old to run new apps such as whatsapp or youtube, do you know if this is still an issue? I saw this problem happening with older iPhones :(

Looking for the latest phone you can buy is best. The 6 is still active, but buying the 8 or 10 will give her more years with the phone.

It's a button phone that has youtube installed, I don't know if it has whatsapp though.

Whatsapp can be added as an app. BeMyEyes too. The sellection of apps is limited but it has the essentials.
